Event Photography - Gina Gallagher Photography

Relax and enjoy your event without worrying about having the memories captured! Event photography is available starting at $350 plus tax for the first hour. Additional hours or portions of an hour are $115 plus tax.

What's Included

Worried about lighting? Don’t be! We will bring lights to make your photos look fantastic.

Photos are edited true-to-life in color so your event is recorded as it happened.

Your photos are hosted in an online gallery hosted for a minimum of 60 days. Share the link with your guests! Pre-registration for your guests is also available. With pre-registration, your guests sign up for photos and get the download links delivered to them automatically, saving you a few steps!

All photos include a print release granting you permission to print the files at the lab of your choice.

The standard processing time is 1-3 weeks.

The event organizer will have a personal client portal where you can conveniently pay your invoice and print receipts – great for corporate events!

The Extras

Retouching: If you wish to have more detailed retouching including blemish removal, you may add on this service on a per image basis. You may purchase retouching on a per image basis at $20 per image. Package pricing for retouching is also available ($150 for retouching on 10 images).

Rush processing: Your images will be available via an online gallery, typically within one to three weeks your session. You may choose to add on a Priority Gallery Delivery to accelerate delivery of your images ($100).

Prints: For your convenience, a shopping cart is available in your online gallery to order professional prints and wall art. Prices are available in your gallery.

Sales tax: Sales tax will be collected on all purchases. Sorry, it’s not optional not to collect sales tax! Non-profits with a sales tax exemption form may opt to have the sales tax removed from the invoice.
